Delicious, unique character

My favorite pancake mix. Mostly whole grain, for a deep earthy flavor. Just the right amount of corn meal. And although I’m not normally a buckwheat fan, this must be the just right amount to balance out the other ingredients, since the end result tastes great. A welcome upgrade to traditional pancakes. I recommend the unfiltered dark maple syrup to accompany it.
